How do you feel about how slow they are in the dealing with help on rent,trailers to all the people that survied the hurricane's?

You think is a RACE, issue? Or How much money you make? or what do you think is the problem?

I was watching cnn and a parish in New Orleans Bought there own trailors but the FEMA wont allow them to hook them up.( RED TAPE ) it seems to be everyone else fault but there own.
